Dr Sara Health Gift Box Draw — Terms & Conditions
These are the full terms and conditions ("Terms") for the Dr Sara Health gift box prize draw (the "Promotion"). By entering, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before entering.
1. The Promoter
The Promotion is run by Dr Sara Kayat Online Limited (company number 17374999), a company registered in England and Wales, of The Lexicon Veritas Accountants & Advisory Ltd, Manchester, M2 5NT, United Kingdom, trading as Dr Sara Health ("we," "us," "the Promoter"). 2. Eligibility
1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. One entry per person. Entries made via bots, scripts or any other automated means will be disqualified.
3. You do not need to be, or become, a patient of Dr Sara Health to enter, and entering has no bearing on any future clinical care.
3. Promotion period
The Promotion opens at 00:01 on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Wednesday, 7 October 2026 (BST) (a two-week window) ("Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.
4. How to enter
No purchase is necessary. To enter, you must complete all three of the following steps before the Closing Date:
1. Sign up with a valid email address to the Dr Sara Health waitlist and newsletter at drsarakayat.com/2026waitlist;
2. Share Sara's launch post to your Instagram Story or feed; and
3. Follow @drsarakayat on Instagram.
We will check that steps 2 and 3 have been completed before confirming any winner. Where we're unable to verify a share or follow ourselves (for example, a private account or a Story that's already expired), we may ask you to send a screenshot as proof; entries we can't verify either way will not be counted towards the draw.
5. The prize
There are ten (10) prizes available. Each prize is one Dr Sara Health gift box, containing a selection of wellness products kindly gifted to us by third-party brands, arranged by Dr Sara Kayat. Exact contents may vary between boxes depending on stock availability at the time of despatch, and are correct as shown on the waitlist page as at the date of the draw. Approximate total retail value per box: £95–£100.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promotion, and the products in it, are not medical products, are not prescribed, and are not connected to any clinical service offered by Dr Sara Health.
Products in the gift boxes are gifted to us by their respective brands and remain the responsibility of their manufacturers; we make no warranty as to the products beyond passing on any guarantee offered by the brand itself.
6. Winner selection and notification
1. Ten winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date, using a random number generator applied to the numbered list of valid entries.
2. The draw will take place within 3 days of the Closing Date, i.e. by 10 October 2026.
3. Winners will be notified individually by email and/or Instagram direct message shortly after the draw, using the details provided at entry, and the results will be announced publicly on Monday, 12 October 2026.
4. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, we reserve the right to select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
5. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
7. Instagram / Meta
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any information you provide as part of entering is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability connected with the Promotion.
8. Your information
We'll use the email address and Instagram handle you provide to administer this Promotion, check entries and contact winners. If you've also signed up to the waitlist and newsletter, that email address will separately be used for those purposes, in line with our privacy policy https://www.drsarakayat.com/privacy-policy. We won't share your details with the brands featured in the gift boxes, or with any other third party, for marketing purposes.
9. General
1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms, or to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, in which case it will announce any changes on the waitlist page and/or its Instagram account.
2. Nothing in this Promotion constitutes medical advice or a clinical service, and entering does not create any patient relationship with Dr Sara Health.
3. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
4. If you have a complaint about how this Promotion has been run, contact us at rupert@drsarakayat.com and we'll respond within 14 days.
